Leadership, Marketing, and Sales are areas that excite me. I have spent years observing and participating in each of these areas at various levels within the private sector and have experienced great successes, as well as, significant disappointments. Notice I didn’t say failures. I believe each experience we encounter teaches us a lesson and provides wisdom, a necessary ingredient for all leaders. Each experience stretches us as human beings to understand our full potential. Without a mix of successes and failures we cannot possibly know our full capabilities.
I have served as a senior Marketing and Sales leaders in various industries including business and financial services, and insurance. Currently I am serving as the Chief Revenue Officer for SAFEbuilt, a national provider of community development services to more than 1,200 state and local governments, as well as the nation’s top 10 home builders. I also serve on the Board of Directors for Exago, a Business Intelligence software solution provider.
I published my first book in 2016 titled The Customer Mindset: Thinking Like Your Customers to Create Remarkable Results. My goal is to inspire others to be continuous learners and to reach for their dreams.

Bob,
Thanks for the comment. I have a library full of my favorite books. I also like Confronting Reality by Ram Charan and Larry Bossidy, Doing What Matters by Jim Kilts, Highest Duty by Chesley Sullenberger, and a Colossal Failure of Common Sense by Lawrence G. McDonald and Patrick Robinson. All great reads, providing strong insights and epiphanies.
Hope you keep reading.
